Lunch – grilled chicken

Today I managed an all-in-one shot:

Trip to Herzeliah

As part of the surprise for Arash’s birthday, nine of us got together in two cars and went for a road trip to the nearby town of Herzeliah (under an hours’ drive). The trip was made memorable by the extremely heavy rain:

But we got there in one piece:

First order of business was lunch at an Indian restaurant. Let me just say the food was awesome, genuine Indian cuisine. Starting with the soup:

Rice and meat:

Tandoori chicken:

Dall:

And some fruit salad desert:

The Herzeliah Shoreline:

Sundown:

And the infamous Creaky Swing(tm):

This is what happens when one blows up in your hands:

The birthday boy along with Bahareh, who did a great job organizing the party:

More balloon fun:

A couple more:

The rest of us:

And not to deprive you of anything, here’s how it looked outside:

Unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to procure any photos of the refreshments.
