Arrived at 10:32am Saturday 17 June 2006.

Itinerary for this city:

• visit the Bahá’í House of Worship
• attend Eman’s wedding on Sunday
• and of course see more of Chicago

Will leave for Toronto on Monday at 6:00pm.

UPDATE:

The flight from MBS was delayed by two and a half hours. Luckily Faranak and Gilberto did check the schedule online before they left the house, so they noticed the delay and came later.

I had a wonderful time, got to meet Navid’s parents again, partook of wonderful Persian food and got some sleep too! What I saw of Michigan was so green, beautiful, calm and serene.

Midland, MI, USA:

Arrived at 5:49pm Friday 16 June 2006.

Visiting Navid’s parents in Mount Pleasant for the night, then off to Chicago tomorrow morning at 10:24am.

UPDATE:

The flight was delayed so I had to stand around for a good 40 minutes. Short flight to MBS airport, and it was great to see a familiar face and be picked up.
